FAQ About This Event

You are invited to submit an abstract for consideration as an oral or poster presentation.  If you choose to present at the conference, you must submit an abstract electronically.  Abstract is to be submitted in a word document, should be typed in Arial, 11 font and no more than 1 page in length.  See Abstract Sample.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated for acceptance by members of the organizing committee. Posters will be assigned presentation days and speakers will be chosen for offered talks based upon scientific content. If you are selected for a talk, you will be notified at least one month prior to the start of the conference. Submitting an abstract is optional for conference attendees.  Each registrant may only present 1 poster or talk.

Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on both scheduled days.

Breakfast:  Baked muffins, bagels and danish; butter, preserves, orange juice, coffee & tea.

Lunch: Choice of sandwich, mixed green salad, chips assorted sodas, cookies & brownies.

The poster should be printed in landscape orientation at a size no larger than 41” high x 60” wide.
All breaks and registrations will take place in the exhibition area where there will be lunch and refreshments.  Please try to visit all the exhibition stands during this event.
